BIG BRANDS SHORT FILM

We are so glad to have the chance to work on this short film for Big Brands. Initially, they wanted to shoot a music video. Then we got into the meeting and discovery sessions and realized they needed a short film because they needed to feature several products that needed longer content.
So we first list out the product sponsors and venue sponsors, highlight products that need to be featured in the short film, and then develop the storyline and script around that.
Once the storyline is established, we then work on the character development, do location scouting, and figure out what sort of video equipment is needed for the shoot. Due to the pandemic, we could not meet up physically, so we had video calls with talent and actors to make sure we were all on the same page.
After that, we carefully study all the products, make sure they are presented carefully in the short film, and align them with the sponsors' brand elements and direction.
This film [By My Side] is entirely inspired by true stories. This short film was also made to record this special 2020. In this year, COVID-19 disrupted our lives; people experienced an unprecedented crisis, feeling overwhelmed and stressed out. But these trials and challenges gave us the opportunity to learn and strengthen ourselves. Big Brands also try to let the viewers know that they are not alone; we are all in this together and taking care of each other.
